Caught between duty and freedom, loyalty and betrayal, she must uncover secrets about her past in order to protect her world’s future.

My Review:
In this Cinderella retelling, our main character Cinder is a cyborg. I liked this retelling a lot. The characters are so easy to relate and get attached to. The only issue I had the story was that I found it really predictable. Although I was able to predict many of the big " oh wow" moments I still really enjoyed the story and seeing how these moments came to be. I am going to be reading Scarlet very soon and I can not wait to continue on with this series and see what everyone is raving about.

  1. I cannot wait to read Cinder, Scarlet, and (hopefully) Cress soon too! And then there's Winter to look forward to! Oh, also Fairest! haha So many, but they seem worth it to read. Everyone seems to love this different retelling! :D

  2. Oh, it's a shame you found this one predictable :( I actually own all three books so opening them and reading them will be happening soon! It sounds like such a unique retelling, and I am someone who loves retellings!

  3. Olivia its not that it was a bad predictable it was just throughout the story I would be able to guess certain things that were gonna but it didn't take away from the story too much and I still loved it.
